Sofa bigger than the property door

I went to IKEA last week and saw some sofa which were bigger than the property entrance I am renting in and that sofa cannot be disassembled. Interestingly there is already 2 sofas in my rented property and I was wondering how on earth did they get that in the property if the entrance door was not big enough. Any clue!

We also had to take one of the large windows out of our bungalow to get the sofa in, we tried it every way we could , but no way was it going in, so out come the window and in went the sofa........mind you the sofa is huge.............my fault I didnt do measurements when I bought it..........
