Phone the CAB, the CCCS or National Debtline for a proper word on it but these texts are notorious for being scams even if such an order does exist. IVA's exist, they are real, but there are a number of mightliy dodgy companies opperating to make a mint out of fixing you up with one even if it ruins you in the process. So avoid, delete, keep the hell away from any company who says they are involved in any kind of debt help (with the exception of the CCCS and Payplan who are charities not compnies) and if you want to know ask the real experts.
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(

    Hi

They aRE EITHER TRYING TO SELL YOU an IVA, which costs at least 6 grand, if you have enough monthly incoem to pay one, or the CCA/charges routes, which you can do for free yourself.

    Run a mile.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

    Debt Relief Order perhaps?

No-one should be promoting or charging for advice related to those. In fact, if anyone one is then they need reporting.

Whatever gave you that idea? I think you might be suffering from a case of believing everything you hear.

I believe these texts about writing off my debt as much as I do the unsolicited ones insisting I am owed £3750 for my recent accident... frankly I'm getting freaked out... I never even knew I'd had an accident! Do they know something I don't??? Yikes!!!
