I think the teacher should take it further and bring all of the parents in, so they can see how their little darlings behave in class.... not so perfect now?

Well my daughter is like me and she's an A grade student and she wasn't the one in trouble about talking. I didn't mention this because it wasn't the reason for my question.

I'd genuinely love to know how you've worked out my character from a few lines, wow amazing.

No abuse, but yes I would like to see the video and if the Headteacher can see there are problems in the class I'm all for it, it will help my child learn even better, but that's not the issue, it was whether the teacher had the right to do it.

I have already stated this was a decision made by the teacher, the pupils asked the headteacher if she knew it was happening and she has said no.

I'm always having to sign consent forms for photos, but not sure about the legalities.

I mean she's got to be a bit stupid anyway in this day and age, I wouldn't risk it would you.

I'd check that as photographs are used in permanent files as records of the childs working so pics are taken regularly in the class

Maybe she isn't stupid.. maybe she is bullied by a class of degenerates and desperate for her working conditions to improve and has been advised to take this course of action by the union.. so she can get the Head to listen to her when she says the students need throwing to the lions.

Absolutely.. I'd be up for that.. I'd watch the video and every time my beast did something I could slap them then and there .. lol

My sister is a teacher and she would not film children in any way unless authorised to by the head.

It makes me question how experienced this teacher is that she needs to film a disruptive class and play back to them how they are behaving. Surely she has had years of teacher training and should have learnt how to control and discipline a class without relying on a camcorder to shame the kids into doing what she requires of them.

What a daft way to carry on.
