I agree - I think this is what they are doing with vouchers for large amounts that they had not issued yet. Customer Services just kept telling me that it should not happen next time, but no guarantee... I was just planning to take as much of my shopping back as possible... I think that if they do find the receipt details, they are now only going to offer a £20 DTD (and mine should have been about £91).
