I think some of u like it the easy way... The price checkers and website may hold old information on prices... The best thing to do is go to Asda and check out the prices of products u may want to buy...so u can also see that u are getting the right one ...

got baileys earlier using my dtd voucher. sa had no clue what to do with it! but she just manually entered the amount.

    all is well! :)

i'm sure word will spread between tesco employees and they'll accept vouchers with minimal problems, it's just a matter of time.

the majority of people on here haven't done that.

if you check the tesco price check website along with both the tesco grocery and the asda grocery website - then chances are you should have no problems.

mrt still hasn't updated the price check, does the items you buy have to be on there as it states price check 'any' item. just going by posts saying it has to be on the price check but as its not been updated and states 'any item' surely it must be honoured. hope that makes sence :)

Be careful, just been in Tesco at 18:14 the SEL for litre of Bailey's was £19.99 went through at £16.47, so seems prices are falling at Tesco.

Mine went through at £19.19 at 7.13pm tonight fingers crossed now until I get my response re dtd.
I've read all posts, but just to confirm is it pretty certain that Asda only change their prices once a week?

so if I check prices tonight I will be 'pretty' certain Asda won't be changing them tomorrow. (might not get chance to check again before going to mrt tomorrow

    tia :)

As far as I am aware the majority of Asda offers do not give an end date meaning they can change the offer with no warning - best to check Tesco, Asda and pricechecker - thats if it has been updated that is as its still showing the 15th as I type:eek: Maybe thats a new ploy for them to let us think we are getting the pricechecker prices.
personally i would just check both tesco & asda's websites before i headed to tesco :)

I agree, I checked all my items minutes before leaving for the shops with Asda and Tesco and again when I got home to make sure they were still the same and saved copies of the items in a word document just to be sure - not that I dont trust Mr T!
