When I rang CS they said it would have satyed in place if people hadnt been abusing it so badly. Apparently one person bought 60 of something and then rang and complained because he only got £160 dtd. It was people like that that ruined it for everyone else. I am apparently not allowed to return fresh or frozen, so the wine and olay and cereal will all go back. I doubt I can use the £20 voucher after returning items but I cant afford to lose so much.
Please God, help me stop spending!

If it was me i would be returning everything i could to Tesco, give them all their overpriced crap back and don't shop there again.

    Naughty naughty Tesco

I have 2 unspent vouchers, both small shops so doesn't make a huge difference to me, but can't believe they are being that sneaky!

One is for £18.94 so unaffected, but the one I got today from yesterdays shop should have been £25.08. Feel so sorry for those of you who have lost out on a lot more :(

Instead of changing their T&Cs they should be looking closer at their offer and their pricing.

also if anyone hasnt already printed out vouchers from other days, then these will have changed to £20. I made this mistake but just done small shops so missed out on less than £5 of vouchers since they were all just over £20

omg........i cant believe they have changed it for receipts that are submitted already!!!

mine are only for small amounts - the max being £30 so bringing it down to £20 is no big deal really but still......im a a bit angry and raging for you guys.......they really are sneaky !!!!!!s arent they.

of all the supermarkets (who all have to make a profit and who all try to get our money by different tactics) i have to say tesco is the sneakiest of them all, im deffo an asda girl after ive used up my vouchers

Please, everyone, ACTUALLY CALL the radio NOW, and don't just presume everyone else will do it for you! :-)

Done (well, a very irate text as I am at work). Don't forget to email Martin everyone, if he's out someone is picking up his PMs and he gets back to you very quickly (I have PMed him once before).

I have a copy of the terms and conditions I printed them off yesterday, already fired of a email after being told to by CS women. I think they have to honour people who have already entered into there promotion. lets see

Can you scan them and email them to people? A few posters have requested them and I can't scan mine.

  • This is terrible but typical of tesco moving the goal posts to suit them just when i was starting to like them again. i had a voucher for 60 now its been replaced by a £20 cause i had problems with my printer, they can have their overpriced wine and loo roll back cause even with £20 its still cheaper in ASDA, and some food stuff i cant return but could of bought it half the price at ASDA so annoyed with them, it wouldnt of been so bad if we had a weeks notice. I thought they would do well out of this promo cause they have people buying but not claiming there vouchers cause its compicated for most people, then they have all us bargain hunters money, and i was buying extra luxuries like dvds with my voucher, so they lose my custom, what an absolute disgrace.
