This is wrong!
I feel so sorry for those of you who should have had a big DTD voucher, mine was for £34! I am still peeved with Mr T for doing this! But we will work around it.....no consolation for those of you expecting much more today.
I agree we should send of mass emails.
I suggest someone volunteer someone write up a draft, someone who is good with words and we use that as our template.
I would offer but I am not that great with wording, we need someone who is very good!0 -
I am absolutely livid. I done my shopping on SUNDAY, got voucher email on MONDAY, checked it all, but silly silly me, did not print out on monday.
JUST gone and printed them and they have changed the amounts to £20..........so they have clearly just changed ALL vouchers not just the ones from today.
Please can someone PM a copy of the Terms and conditions for sunday/monday.........and also please can someone advise the best telephone number to sort this out.........0 -
Yep - my guess (working in IT) is that they've done a quick and dirty hack and any link just goes to a static voucher for £20.
That is awful:mad: Shame on you Tesco! The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
WARNING
I've just checked my old vouchers and even your old ones are being changed to £20 like someone else on here said...thank god i printed them out there and then but surely this is against trading standards...

i have just looked at my email off yesterday which was for £64, (i have already printed) it now says £20 to print!!
It has same barcode so do you think its only going to scan at £20 now??0 -
Perhaps instead of contacting trading standards and the sun etc etc we should contact our friends at Asda- they have a better chance of making a big song and dance out of this!! They'd love to expose Mr TPlease remember to thank fellow MSE'rs :beer:0
