Mine is also 20 and should be around 50.
  • Just printed mine off and guess what it has also been capped to £20. Clearly states your shopping would have been £25.77 cheaper at Asda so I should have £51.54 not happy!!!!

I'm sure in their T&C's it says that they have the right to change them at any point BUT i do think that they should honour the people's vouchers who bought before they changed them and should issue the vouchers for above the £20 mark, it is only fair. I don't mind their being a £20 cap but I do mind that they haven't stuck to the terms and conditions for when I bought my items.

I just rang customer services. The lady said you may only get a £20 voucher however when you present the voucher at the till it will be doubled up to £40. I am going to try it in store and see if it works. I am also being sent a gift card for £4.56 ad my DTD is £44.56.

Also if you submitted your vouchers yesterday they cannot then change the T&Cs today count your transaction.

    Hope this helps

how to they know where to send the gift card

Thank god I printed off my £42 voucher yesterday when it came through - looks like they've just replaced individual vouchers with 1 £20 voucher as mine has changed between yesterday and today.

You mean they are changing vouchers they have already issued?

I don't believe that for one minute.. I have 2 x £20 vouchers. One of which should have been £62.10 and the other £34.
So why would tesco give me 2 vouchers that are going to double up to £40 at the till when one of the vouchers should only be worth £34?
