Thankfully I have a copy of the old T&Cs that says max voucher value £100! I will be ringing CS if my latest voucher comes in at £20 as I was due £34ish!

And I'll be bringing the printed T&Cs with me to the store when shopping in case I'm challenged over my £20+ vouchers! You should all do the same.

Think it's time to go to the press/Martin with this... absolutely disgraceful.

They have changed T&Cs in last 5 minutes to limit voucher to £20!!

They've just done it to me as well. "You're shopping would have been £17.62 cheaper at Asda so here is your voucher for double the difference" - but the voucher is £20. I did the shop on Tuesday evening, submitted the receipt first thing Wednesday morning. I thought it was a glitch when the voucher came up... until I came here :(

In principle I don't blame them for limiting the vouchers, but they should have thought through the consequences before they set the DTD scheme up. To do it at no notice like that is a filthy trick.

So annoying luckily my 3 were only smallish, should have been £34, £25 and £28!! Will used 2 but might take wine back £30 instead of £20 but there again 3 bottles for £10 is one of the usual offers so maybe just keep it and learn for the next DTD shop!! Sorry for everyone who should have had big vouchers!

I've just read the T&C on tesco's website and it doesn't say your voucher has to be of less value than your reeipt...it does say you can only spend a voucher on shopping of equal or greater value. These are the new t&C as it states vouchers will be capped at £100.

    URGENT UPDATE

STOP DOING LARGE DTD SHOPS !!!!

    T&Cs CHANGED AGAIN !!!

    Fair Use
Tesco Operates a Fair use policy on Price Check. As such:
The number of Price Check requests is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount of Price Check Vouchers that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.
The maximum value of an individual Price Check Voucher is capped at  £20.
Only one Price Check Voucher may be redeemed per household per day.

Time to do small shops which is what everyone should have been doing since the start !!!!

Please can someone re-post the phone numbers and email addresses we need to email / phone / write to. I don't care about the "no correspondance will be entered in to" bit - they are about to get a whole heap of calls and emails on this.

Is someone able to also repost the old Ts and Cs?
