    Eh? Confusion here, please put my mind at rest folks!!

    On screen it says I have over paid by £16.xx and we'll double the difference...but I've just printed out a voucher and it says £20!!!???

    Oh this seriously needs to be sorted they cant say they will give you double £20 and then only give you £20? !!!!!!???

    just recieved the confirmation I would have been 22.93 better off at asda so we will give you double the difference
    go to print and it says a £20 voucher
    Complain time now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have just received my voucher for yesterdays shop and it should have been for £64.92.......but my voucher is for £20.

    I'm not happy!

    OK, so the first page still says we'll give you double the difference back - but then the voucher says 20 pounds!!!!!! They are going against their own words!!!
