Eh? Confusion here, please put my mind at rest folks!!

On screen it says I have over paid by £16.xx and we'll double the difference...but I've just printed out a voucher and it says £20!!!???

That wasn't there when I did my shopping and input my receipt last night!! I've just printed my voucher and it's been capped at £20 and should be £28.88

Arrggghhh so mad!! They have only sent £20 on ALL 3!! Glad mine were only supposed to be 20, 26 and 35 and ive already got loads of stuff still mad though grrrrr
