How on earth is martin going to explain to the nation about this tomorrow, there is no surefire way to say these are the items that are cheaper as we well know and Tesco have no consistency regarding ones they include. He may mention that tesco have the dtd scheme but he wont be telling anyone how to exploit it, I can guarantee you that. If people mess up on his advice it will look really bad on him and cause waaaay to much confusion, people keep asking the same questions on here even though it explains it in the first post, people who don't use the forums wont have access to that info. Having said that it's not the first time he has ended a promo before it was ready...

still catching up with the thread.........:rotfl:
i agree savvybunny, people i have mentioned the DTd promotion to so far at work and other friends have not really been that interested, i think they think of it as another one similar to the asda 10% diff where its hardly worth the paper its written on, most can't be bothered to do their homework and have a go, little do they know..........:T

To the earlier poster who had the receipt and voucher confiscated.

I've just noticed whilst printing my vouchers out that the bar codes are all identical!

Just been to Tesco Blackpool and spent my £100 voucher. The till assis had never seen one, supervisor passed it no problems and I was never asked to show my recipt. Only thing was my voucher should have been for £116.00 according to the e-mail but when I printed it, it was capped at £100 (not that I am complaining). Very easy and friendly transaction. My sister also used hers (she was behind me) with no problems. Picked up some more wine whilst we were there too (No tuners White left) but loads of red still there

Tracy is it yourself whos been getting all the racks of lamb? Been a few times and not managed to pick any up!!! :D Couldn't find the turners red but got some hardys crest.

What's the typical 'short' time you might get a return email from the Tesco DTD calculator?

I inputted at this time last night, and had results just after 11.00am today but it can take days

Has anyone used a voucher at Copdock, Ipswich and if so how was it? Thanks

Yes we've used two separate vouchers here on 2 consecutive days last day was yest btw vouchers between 50 and 75 no problems till staff didn't know what to do either time so a manager put them through first time got old receipt back signed but last time they said have to keep with voucher no problems at all. Although I'm paranoid as they said had only seen a few of low amounts so ongoing to colchester tomorrow to use this next one

Typically if you put it in now, you should hopefully get a response early afternoon tomorrow
