With all this Martin Lewis will he wont he business, lets remember Tescos will probably pull this soon anyway, so the more people that do get DTD, its going to make sure they get their prices a bit lower. I was always taught never bite the hand that feeds you, so please no witch hunting, just enjoy it while it lasts0

To the earlier poster who had the receipt and voucher confiscated.
I've just noticed whilst printing my vouchers out that the bar codes are all identical!
yep, it's a generic barcode.
it essentially just prompts them to enter a specific amount from your voucher. i.e. coupon --> enter amount £- -.- -
i'm surprised you haven't noticed so far!:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Kinda happy they put in a max 100 quid per transaction as that one was pretty obvious to come in.. as its 100 quid a month so going over 100 in one transaction is pretty silly.
Hopefully will teach people to play in the rules or more in the rules at least lol.
i suspect the houshold rule will be enforced soon.
um what did that have to do with my question?0 -

i agree savvybunny, people i have mentioned the DTd promotion to so far at work and other friends have not really been that interested, i think they think of it as another one similar to the asda 10% diff where its hardly worth the paper its written on, most can't be bothered to do their homework and have a go, little do they know..........:T

Please can someone tell me what tesco's instore returns policy is, can you return food (tins and bottles) and toiletries (shower gel and shampoo)
Also does anyone know what the stars on the tesco recpits mean? some items have * next to them and some dont, is this tesco code for anything?
I think the items that have * are offer items e.g reduced in price, on promotion, bogof, multiby0 -

This has amazed me too, nobody seems interested whilst I have been totally addicted now for over a week. The lady in my local Tesco told me today that I am the only person they know of that comes in and uses the vouchers. I think I trained each one of them on the tills last week and they now ask me whats on offer today when they see me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Then went back in and used one of my DTD vouchers and got Iams, Steak, Timotei, Impulse, the cashier kept my receipt/DTD voucher but my greed for bargains has cost me big style tonight i've managed to lose my blackberry mobile phone - totally devastated especially as I live alone and now have no means of communication if i have any problems.
5% discount but you'll still get voucher just £4 less.0
