You haven't breached any terms an conditions though?! I'd be complaining to someone about the way you were treated. If tesco can't stick by their statement of being cheaper or they'll pay dtd then they should never have ran the promotion. Regardless of how you came to te decision of how to buy the items you would've been cheaper at asda so it's up to them to pay up!!

now you can see why i said in my earlier post i can feel the national papers need to get involved lol its a disgrace how they speak to people not our fault their staff are rude (not all) and the campaign manager stupid lol

oh, also, on the note of the clubcards. What about getting a new clubcard, they give you a paper one. Use that to collect your points till the promo ends, Then submit the clubcard in your OHs name and get the vouchers?

Just return them for a full refund, and reinvest the money in different commodities tomorrow. ;)
If it was my first DTD then i might have but i have notched up a lot so I think I can take a little hit every now and then ;)

You can only use the voucher in the store you did your shopping in i was told this to day

doesnt say that in T &C's
Price Check vouchers can be redeemed either in store or against an online Grocery order, irrespective of whether the original purchase was made in store or online.

lol can see this getting messy lol

People on here have successfully used their vouchers in different stores AND for home deliveries as well. Unless that is a "new" rule, I would guess it's just someone else who doesn't know the rules.

I'm sorry but this is the biggest load of b******s I have ever heard. That's like saying you can only use an M&S gift voucher in the branch it was bought in. If I had been told that I would have called CS there and then, this is just like the R&R days when T staff tried to make up the rules, they will be over-ruled by CS and hopefully warned about making up the rules.

Now that is the first time I have heard this one.

    Anyone else been told this?

Also, it doesn't state this in their T&Cs.

Not having a go at you........I just can't believe the behaviour of Tesco staff. Never in my life have I heard of so many horror stories coming from one supermarket.

This is just one of the reasons why I hate Tesco. Their staff are the worst........I'm not saying all Tesco staff are horrid, I am sure some are really nice! :)

    Hi

Just to let people know if they are nervous about spending their vouchers that I have just got back from shopping and had no probs at all! I had 3 vouchers £9/£13/£31 - I split my shopping into 3 transactions. I used the first two smaller ones for essentials that I really needed and the largest one for more dtd deals. The checkout guy was really pleased for me and never asked to see my original receipts. I think people are less likely to have problems if the vouchers are for lower values.;) HTH

ps - I never spent them in the stores that I made the original purchases in.
:)I used to have a life............................... before MSE!!
