Made very good use of a large voucher yesterday and completely filled the fridge/freezer... opened the fridge tonight and everything is warm! Not just "not cold" but actually warm! There is a pipe that's hot
:(:(:(:(
Everything in the freezer has gone slightly soft

I'm somewhat annoyed with Tesco. I did my shop yesterday. On Saturday I checked the Asda and my supermarket websites for my items and I did again yesterday before I went to Tesco, but Tesco have put 'not found' on a lot of my items. I know they were in stock as my sister works at Asda and checked for me.
Anyway I'm going to complain to Tesco. Does anyone have any idea what the best email address to use is?0 -

Yes, you have your receipt from, say, Monday's shop. You get your DTD voucher and go with Monday's receipt and the accompanying voucher on Thursday. You do another shop, hand over Monday's receipt and the voucher and get another receipt (Thursday's receipt). You are entitled to Price Check Thursday's receipt on the price checker and get another DTD voucher to use with it. BUT, by signing Thursday's receipt, they have made it invalid for use with the DTD voucher from Thursday's shop!!!
They shouldn't be trying to stop you getting a DTD back on a previous shop which was part paid for with a DTD voucher. Either they are cheaper or they aren't! I can't see how they can say, yes we were more expensive for shop 1 and we'll give you DTD - but we'll overcharge you bigtime on shop 2 and you can whistle for a refund. The only time that would be reasonably fair is if you were trying to buy the same overcharged items on the second shop - if the items are all different then how you paid shouldn't be a factor.
They are struggling to get out of a pit and are just digging themselves deeper into the slime.ELITE 5:2

Hadn't actually thought of that!
I'll have to check the policy... got a very basic one so it might not cover it
If I provided the receipts showing how much I'd bought in the last week I'd probably get done for insurance fraud :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:If a post is helpful to you, please take a second to click "thanks", it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

How about, you go back the day after and say "I need my receipt to do a pricecheck and forgot it on the till, can you reprint it, I think I was on till number xx, at about xx.xx time, and it was £xx.xx (exact sum)".
Any decent CS will find it for you and bad-a-bing you have a nice clean receipt again!!I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
