Reply back to them and ask if they are using it via the public facing website or via their intranet because it is NOT working for the public
Sorry for delay in replying, was putting baby to bed and this thread is moving sooo fast. I will email them back and post what they say.
Just for clarity in my email to them i was asking about the online tool where you type in the individual product ie. 'milk' i didn't email about the price checker.0 -
Can you club together all your vouchers and use on one big item.... ie can you save your vouchers and just before they expire use it for a tv or something??
I know this would prob bring you over the £100 limit, but am thinking of saving them up for a small television !!0 -
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: i trying not to LOL as bubba is asleep on my chest pmslLol, no, would have bought cat food if it was any other brand though :rotfl:
They'd probably check my receipts and say "we can only pay out half that claim because you paid waaaaaay too much for those items... they would have been half the price at Asda" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I've just been and spent my £107 (I know, I didn't realise I'd done so well!) dtd voucher. I spent it on normal shopping and will go tomorrow with my 'special list'

I had no problem at all using it - the cashier asked a supervisor and she helped her put it in. All very friendly
I'd like to say thank you to everyone who has helped on this thread :beer:0 -
got two vouchers at the moment, one for £41.99 and one for £19.84, thinking of using them for 'normal' shopping, you get more value for money that way ie, £60 worth of vouchers = £60 worth of normal shopping or £30 worth of high priced rip off DTD stuff that I dont actually need.0

On Saturday I checked the Asda and my supermarket websites for my items and I did again yesterday before I went to Tesco, but Tesco have put 'not found' on a lot of my items. I know they were in stock as my sister works at Asda and checked for me.
Anyway I'm going to complain to Tesco. Does anyone have any idea what the best email address to use is?
could you tell us what items you had n/f?GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
