I know you can use your DTD voucher if you order in store, but im not sure about the others.

just got my voucher through my total was 130 before any discounts - with multi buy and with my vouchers which arrived yesterday we actually paid, 75.07 and our dtd voucher is for 80.14 so I am in profit

After waiting since wednesday for my voucher back I get an email today saying sorry your reciept details were not found please try again, I tried again and instally it comes up sorry this receipt is not found! This happens to a small amount of customers!!

What do I do now? I remember someone saying a few days ago this had happened to them!! Not impressed!!!

Only thing you can do is contact CS and hope they can sort it!
