But this thread is for deals AND discussion, as you know the discussion thread got deleted so its all in one now!!

Yes but discussing what you are eating or drinking isn't anything to do with the tesco/asda pricechecker deals.

By all means discuss deals (as i do) but do we really need to hear someone has spilt some wine down there pyjamas etc?

Tehnically as you have only spent 94 in vouhers you have done nothing wrong. Tesco seem to have no grip on these T&Cs, however, if you wanted to 'play by the rules' then the vouchers you have now should not be spent until 1st of April when you then have £100 in vouchers to spend up until 1st May, IYSWIM.
i dont plan on spending my voucher till april i have played by the rules i've used my club card i've used same email and i have even used my debit card to pay 12.22 i'm not hiding anything because i have stuck to the rules

Thanks both laticsforlife and punkpink

Thanks to everyone who has been posting their finds on here too :money:

guess I am just a little nervous in losing out - so want to try it in two different hits! I have been noting down all the things I want and am going to double check both sites in the morning to see if there are any price changes. Wish me luck! ;)
    Glad it worked, HTH:money:
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)
    Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
    Shopandscan, £2,840
    Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
    Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
    British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR1200

    thats a bit harsh!!

seriously i think NY201D's point is valid though

i think peeps on this thread are so high now that ALOT of chat going on and thread is moving so fast its hard to keep up.

Those of us that are back at work tomorrow and may not have time to sit on the laptop all day are slightly fearful of trawling through a thread of xxxxx pages (even though its hilarious and great fun to read)to get help with deals even though we all appreciate those who are posting them.

The no discussion thread created for deals so far hasn't been moved and as long as people TRY and restrict the chat on there i personally feel it would be the best place to put copies of receipts and shopping lists etc and leave general questions and chat for this thread.

I know its impossible to totally disconnect the two
    What do you guys think?

PS why are people still discussing doing stuff thats fraudulent?
Come on guys the stuff is free, get a grip and enjoy it while it lasts without ruining the whole thing. Thanks for listening to my rant:)

Whilst most of what you have said is true, you cannot rely on others, so the pricechecker may be down, you coud then use mysupermarket to compare prices, you do not need 'deals' posted on this board really, people have only really been noting what does come through as confirmed DTD items, which would count as the receipts etc. that you mentioned using this thread for. Personally from what ive seen, anytime somebody posts a deal its pretty bold to see, so even lightly skimming through you should notice them.

I, like alot of others, read all of these pages when time allows so even if you ony have an hour in the evenings you should be able to find what your looking for.

I don't think my comment was harsh at all.

I will continue to post deals and chat here until told by a mod we can't. I couldn't really care less about the other thread to be honest with you. If there is a thread for 'no discussion' just deals then why are people still complaining about chat going on here? :o

anyone else feeling slightly guilty or fearful of a knock at the door:eek:

i know i haven't done anything wrong and i haven't exceeded my voucher limit -(in fact have destroyed one voucher as decided didn't need yet more batteries even though got DTd on them i returned them and binned the voucher)

i just feel uncomfortable about it, Mr T does know he's giving us free food doesn't he, he would be ok about it or he would have pulled the plug??

Shame i don't drink ....to numb the old concsience:A

No we don't NEED to, but it makes the thread friendlier and people feel more welcome. Plus after a few glasses of wine people tend to type without thinking and that IS tescos fault for having such high prices!!!
