    Do have this right?

    This:

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=259578276

is £10.49 a bottle in Tesco and Asda are charging £5.00

    http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/products/products.jsp?skuId=43739263&departmentid=1214921923747&aisleid=1214921925677&startValue=

so I pay Tesco £83.92 for 8 bottles, and they give me a voucher for (10.49-5.00)*8*2 = £87.84.

So if I normally shop in Tesco anyway, I spend the voucher on my usual Tesco shop, ergo I'm basically getting the 8 bottles for free, and about £4.00 (87.84-83.92) for my trouble?

Hope I have it right, just gone and done it and submitted details. Many many thanks for the thread.

    :rotfl:

(Would have got 9, and used the whole £100 for the month, but guess what - only 8 bottles still left. People are noticing, can't see this promotion lasting too long - someone is for the high jump...)

    correct.

the vouchers that tesco are paying out atm are pennies for them!

but as word spreads, this may change.

i don't get how you are working out the "your cost"
eg the total effects MR T 13.97 Mr A 7.00 difference 6.97 , refund £13.94 in vouchers ie nearly getting it for free

where do you getting the "your cost" £3.03 figure from????

No idea where I get this number from, i guess this is what happens if I try to rush things...
Thank's for pointing it out, I have changed it now, its makes it even better deal.

PS- I gone and bought most of the items on the list - I'm waiting now to see what Mr T will say...

The fair thing to do would be to go to first post and maybe thank the op 'officially' ;)

    Magners Irish Cider 8pk X 500ml £10.99 / £7 asda

Has anyone had this honoured? My Tesco has Magners 8pk x 568ml for £10 and my Asda has the 8pk x 500 ml for £7 and I don't know if it will work for the different volumes (and price).

Thanks for everything on the thread so far.

Some things I picked up earlier:

Kelly's Cornish Clotted Cream Ice Cream 1ltr
    Tesco £3.56 Asda £2.00

    Napolina Chopped Tomatoes 400g
    Tesco 99p (don't get BOGOF) Asda 55p

Fairy Allin One Dishwasher Lemon 28's
    Tesco £7.65 (don't get BOGOF) Asda £4.09

    Hellmanns Mayonnaise 400g
    Tesco £1.75 Asda £1.00

    Lurpak Spreadable 500g
    Tesco £2.80 (don't get two for £4.00) Asda £1.50

    Dr. Oetker Pizzas
    Tesco £2.56 (don't get two for £4.00) Asda £1.50

Has anyone has noticed any good prices matches for meat? I'm vegetarian and my DH doesn't get it very often!

it has been discussed on the paid to shop website for weeks and on the MSE forum (food and groceries easily missed ) for couple of weeks also

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3064830

just found the paid to shop site last night after someone mentioned it on the above MSE thread-they were discussing how they were dreading us MSE'ers finding about this and once its headlines on the grabbit board_>martin will announce it in his weekly email and then the tesco will shut it down!!
