Got the email from a receipt I entered on Saturday

No results for your Tesco shopping
    Hello,
Thank you for using Tesco Price Check.
Sorry, unfortunately we have been unable to find your receipt details, so we cannot show you price check results for your shopping. Please try re-entering your receipt details and we will try again to find them.

I re-entered the details and it just said not found and to shop again with them... so be warned!!::(

Was this your first shop? That doesn't seem fair! Surely you could phone head office and explain your dilema?

I entered my reciept at 5.30pm on the 15th and STILL nothing! Its been 38 hours now so no idea what happened! Every time i try and reenter it it just says its already processing :(

Is it best to wait until the site updates with todays prices on the pricecheck before shopping?

Savvy - I would go sooner rather than later. I was on when the site updated (I think it was about 12ish) but it had been the same for two days - It might or might not update today, no-one knows. You've just got to take the chance. I'm off for our weekly shop today - wish me luck. :D

anyone had any trouble redeeming the vouchers? I tried on 2 occassions at 2 different stores and was refused.
  • Use your print screen button - Might be PRNTSCN - depending on your keyboard, usually next to F12. Then go into Paint (Start, all programs, into accessories & Paint will be 3/4 of way down) Open paint, go into edit then paste. Save as Bitmap or JPG & put your own title on it - Easy!

    HOWEVER
You should check the item is on the pricechecker too, however, that doesn't stop them taking it off when it's updated OR making it NF. There are NO guarantees.

Lots of us have checked Asda, Tesco & Tesco price checker & thought we've been onto a dead cert BUT then it comes up NF or it's no longer one of the items on the pricechecker.

There are NO guaranteed items that you'll get money back on - which is something everyone should realise. If you can't afford to pay the price asked then DON'T BUY IT!

Think of it as a game with the odds slightly stacked in your favour IF you do your homework - that means YOU! Don't expect everyone else to do it for you & don't trust everything that is on here, check for yourself!

This is the so true. I have had some fabulous returns and had my eyes opened in a huge way about Asda and Tesco pricing policies (it isn't just Tesco that inflate!). BUT.......

I also have a very expensive (and definitely not needed!) Febreze Plug In device (nearly a tenner!!!!) and some Ariel Stain Remover (which a lovely kind poster has shown me how to get a refund from Ariel themselves on a trial!) that cost over 8 quid.

It is very hit and miss but isn't that part of the thrill????:T

I have had no problem, but it seems you have to tell the tesco staff what to do with the voucher
