I get really annoyed when people report they are being refused voucher usage.

If you stick to the T&C's on the voucher, then HOW CAN it be refused.

I tell you this, if someone in my store trys to refuse I'll be stood there all damn day, I know my rights!!!

PS my rant is at Tesco, not the users (although I think some people might be a bit more bolshy and stand up to 'the man').

Damn Tesco we hate you/we love you/we hate you/we love you!

i got the tuna which was on bogof, obv only bought one, but on my way out i spottd my fave cutomer service person on desk and said silly me i have only picked 1 tuna up and its on offer, she went and got me another ! whoooop

I couldn't have stood up more, half an hour of arguing, but they refused. I asked on what ground as per the t&c and they couldn't answer.

Made to feel like a criminal - be warned! Voucher was for over £50 as taken advantage of the wine offer.

Not sure what to do now as don't want to ring up and spoil it for anyone else

If it has gone up in asda it would be the difference between £19.19 and £15 making it £10.81

Yes obviously but it's a warning if you're expecting the difference between £10 and £19.19

On Asdas website though it says £10 for the litre bottle. Am I missing something?

Thanks for that Rich44. Be careful if you're planning to buy the Baileys 1lt. For if the Tesco site is updated later today you're DTD will be reduced by £10.
