Pretty please may I join you all on your pursuit of a tidy house. I need a massive kick up the bum to get more than the basic jobs done.

So do I. But the lists are a great help. I'm just about managing level 1. Good luck

  • Spring Cleaning! The time of year when you throw away all the carp you were too lazy to get rid of during winter!!!

Morning lovelies, the sun is shining and the sky is blue, kids are at school, dog has been walked, washing on the line ahhh bliss I love Mondays (but only when ive got the day off work).Going to declutter a coffee then crack on with my list. I want to do the kitchen and lounge this morning then venture out this afternoon into the garden to start tidying it up abit.

Beautiful day here :) Personally I think it would be rude not to spend some time in the garden sorting it out.......will get my list done first, though :D House is still nice and tidy as I am keeping on top of doing *most* of the lists - there is a funny smell going on here that I can't work out where it is coming from, though, and it is driving me 126fs2277341.gif

Enough waffling - off to tidy / clean / play detective ;)

Sagaris - hope your pooch is ok, hugs to you - they can be such a worry.
Jojo - it sounds like hugs and cheers are in order......my only criticism would be - he shoved the cat and he's still breathing????:D
Mrs Chaos - as someone who left home at 17 and then moved back a year later I hope your DS changes his mind. Saying that, we all have to make our own mistakes and moving out was a mistake for me but it made me appreciate my parents more (most of the time) once I moved back in. My parents always made sure I knew their door was open for me and, somehow, they managed never to say 'told you so!'

    Today's list -

    Kitchen and Dining room
    mop floor
    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
    Wipe units and appliances..
    Wipe table
    Scrub out the fridge
    Clean hob!
    Clear window sills of gibble!
    Clean out the vacuum cleaner

    Think that's it for now.

Hugs for everyone and hello to people starting this week xx
