My first visit to flylady thread. This will be great to get me and my home organised, I was at the stage of too much to do and not knowing where to start, so just left things getting in a mess. Tackling just a couple of rooms a day is not as overwhelming as the thought of doing the whole house. I will give it a go and let you know how I am getting on.0

Thanks for the advice on the census; I'll check exactly what needs to be done.
Been watching the Bee Movie DVD with the kids but kept nodding off and having DS yell at me 'Wake up Mummy'! Need a cup of tea so staggering off to make one now. Anyone else want one?
Flying wise, need to clean out chooks, load WM for tomorrow and think I'll do pasta for tea - both kids off their food and I just CBA to do moussaka.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
re those struggling with mood and tiredness....ME TOO. I was really cross with myself yesterday for feeling so slow. Then I happened to check my gums and they are as white as can be. I am prone to anaemia, so I've forgiven myself and dug out the iron I've been neglecting to take and will pop liver on the menu for the weekend.
I guess with spring on my mind and getting stuff done I was forgetting to keep an eye on myself. I'm cutting myself some slack now. Might be worth everyone putitng a spring health check on their flying lists.0 -
I went for a 45 min snooze after my HHC

The gentle reminders helped :P
I'm now off to catch up on more Sky+ stuff since I've earned it. Not done as much as I'd have liked but I've made progress. Hoping to go over the office drawers later on if I have the energy.Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0 -

- 15 minutes in the garden.. preparation for summer, planting, weeding or just enjoying! Will do this over the weekend, if the weather gets a little warmer
- HHI
- Friday fling!! grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!
OH is working late this evening and DS has a football match with
school. He is playing against DD's school, so fingers crossed for a drawer. This means that feeding time which is a nightmar normally due to faddy eaters here is going to be staggered tonigh with DD needing feeding asap as she will be off to her dads, DS when he comes in will need something to warm him up and OH will need something filling and quick as no doubt he will be asleep on the couch within half a hour of getting in and I forgot to get any meat out of the fridge the morning. Off to make a coffee and scratch my headabout what to do.
