That really made me laugh:rotfl:I take it you are devastated then?:D

    Totally, Jinks .

It's a shame, but he brought it on himself by being a complete !!!!!!. He could be a lovely bloke as well at times. But the !!!!!! times had begun to outweigh the lovely times by a huge ratio.

And when I said he shoved the cat, he didn't lift her up or give her a little nudge - he SHOVED her off.

The advantage of him detonating like that is that he thinks it was his decision and he's really showed me, etc, etc. This means that he is less likely to try and get around me than if I had slung him out myself (he gets his mother to phone on his behalf, etc, etc, promises he'll change, blah blah blah) and I usually feel guilty for picking on him and give in.

This time, he's happily on his moral high ground thinking that he's in charge and is worthy of whatever gullible female falls for the cheeky little boy eyes next time.

    Huge relief.

She only as a small room so that means the whole of upstairs will become mental!!! I am looking forward to the new room but dreading the doing. The rows that will break between me/oh/and both daughters will not be pleasent!!

I'm in - glad it's kitchen tomorrow - as I did the washing up this evening so therefore it's currently reasonable. And it's a slow cooker tea tomorrow too:j:j:j.

Must book eye test - by this time of day my left eye is refusing to work properly - this will probably mean loads of dosh but hey...... I need to see!

Jojo - hugs to you - sounds like you might be better off......but I take my hat off to anyone who can study, work, parent and be an aspiring musician!

I wonder if the "forgetting things" was just a routine to see if you'd be on your knees begging him to stay?? :D Did the door hit him in the bum on the way out? roll eyes smiley here.

Evening, all, I'll be back sometime around Wednesday. That doesn't mean I'm going anywhere apart from work, it's just I need to spend a bit less time reading and a bit more time doing :o

Greenbee hi and well done to your Dad. The peonia you sent me last year are just starting to nose through.
so pleased they are doing something! I wasn't sure that the would. Miraculously there are a few coming through here, although I wasn't expecting any to have survived.

Fingers crossed I can get the garden under control so if I don't get an offer on the house I can enjoy it year.

Ex is not keen on me moving, and is actually trying very hard at the moment. My dad suggested that I call his bluff... Tell him that if he moves in before easter I won't sell :p after all, if he likes the place so much he can help me look after it!

Need to work out what I need to take to the office tomorrow. Haven't been for three months :o

    Hi

Newbie here, can I please join in.

I have been attempting a declutter mission but still have a long way to go and now need to try and keep up with the housework which unfortunately is quite low down on the list. I go to the gym on Mondays & Thursdays, Fat Club on Wednesdays so get home late on these days and like a lot of people here have a lazy OH who does hardly anything. Also when the weather is nice I tend to spend all my time on the allotment.

Heres hoping to a tidy house

Thanks again for all the support - twice in one weekend. I'll try not to make a habit of it....

Dusty - DH doesn't know yet. The way things are between them it wouldn't bother him. :(

OK, I'm off now. Must do some more work, and tidy the kitchen. Cup of tea and cake first, though.
