speaking as a recently sore person who is mostly in denial - you have to be realistic about what you can do. Pretending it isnt happening and forcing yourself to do things is futile, you just end up tired, sore and depressed. However much it upsets you, you must make adjustments. I am (probably) needlessly sore becase I refuse to give in to my problem. pot kettle black comes to mind here

This morning I stripped our bedding and put it in the WM, emptied and filled the DW, cleaned the BR, and started tidying ready to hoover and then dropped the boys at school. I went to work via the co-op for essential supplies and made it to work with two minutes to spare. In the lunchbreak I don't get I sorted the milkman and swimming lessons for the boys. I got back to the village with 10 minutes to spare, so I came home and hoovered the ground floor and put our bedding in the TD before getting the boys. Took the boys to the park after school for 15 minutes, came home, cooked dinner, forgot milk and went back to the co-op, served dinner, acted as international peacemaker during row between OH and SS1 (yawns - ongoing), assisted with homework and reading, found pjs and sent boys for shower, re-filled DW, fed the animals, put the hens to bed, and put the WM on again because someone spilt muesli over the clean uniforms. I still need to go up and switch the boys light off, make our bed, sort everyones clothes for tomorrow and make packed lunches. It helps that I am not the only one on here who does this but I only work part time and I am lost in awe for anyone who had children and manages to work full time and remain vaguely sane and organised.
I forgot to breath somewhere down that list and was worn out by the end - blimey woman no wonder you are tired!

All done :j - except for receipts which may take a while. I shall sit down and do them over a glass of something nice and update my accounts while I'm at it.

Wed is DH's day (I hope it's the study - hint, hint!). I'll be back on Thursday. Hope you all have a good day tomorrow.

Decluttered another dog walk in the snow. Oz the snowplough in heaven. DW emptied and waiting for re-load. Need to empty WM and reload. Quite a lot of living room decluttering done. Kitchen in quite a good situation. Can I add study thoughts to pigpen. Most of living room stuff has been decluttered to there and I've been avoiding it - serious ROD.

remember what pigpen wrote in post 1......
Do not lose heart if you cannot keep up with everyone else or reading the thread, don't try to reply to everyone and please remember to include something about flying in all your posts, chat is for the weekend when your home is looking beautiful!!!

I am as bad as anyone else and i think we all need a reminder now and then - we do not want to cause any problems for PenPen either.

DW reloaded. WM emptied and now on again. DH hoovered living room but hoover seems to have exploded so letting it cool down before trying again. Is Oz getting his revenge for DH trying to hoover him?
