My mum has had another fall and had a trip to hospital. She has bashed her face badly but no more breaks as far as I know. She is now back at the residential Unit.

Were you doing breast stroke at all? Mum was told that was the worst possible thing for her back:cool:

    mine appeared yesterday:rotfl:

Suppose I should make a start on what I can of the list:A
    :hello:Jinky

Thinking about it, i did two lengths of breast stroke before leading Evie around with glide-swims and underwater swims. It would be funny if it didn't hurt so much - espcially when I make sudden movements:eek:

    Hope you're well.

I have been cleaning carpets today as young dog had accidents the last three days and it needed a 'mum clean'. DS2 had a good go at it but it still smelled!!
The house is becoming a tip as I haven't been able to keep on top of things but hopefully I will be in every day this week so can catch up a bit.

hugs dancemum for you and your mum. I think you both need them.
cat I have been told to use water to exercise but to NEVER do breast stroke. I hope the pain is better soon.

DK Ouch! I hope your pain eases soon too.
