In 2012 I pledge to:- Save £1 a day, meal plan, be more organised, have NSDs, set myself a budget AND STICK TO IT, throw all loose change into Sealed Pot and not open it till 29th November.:money:0 -
New fridge freezer in place. :j
However once I'd emptied the old one I pulled it out to clean underneath before the new one arrived. When I noticed that my kitchen cupboard is parting company with the wall.:eek::eek::eek::eek:
So cupboard now empty and awaiting lovely father-in-law to give a verdict on whether it can be saved.
Never ever buy a modern house the walls are like cardboard and nothing hangs on them.:(:(
HHI coming up.

Really pleased with myself as been chasing up a woman I advertised with when I ran the signing company - I was only ever in one issue (they missed up the first issue I should have been in ) and I've been chasing them for over 3 months now. Just spoken to them and am getting £50 back - OK, nowhere near what I paid but if I hadn't have kept going I wouldn't have got anything would I.
Flying wise, cleaned blinds, wiped surfaces (again), cleaned gibble off window sill or as much as I can because DH insists on keeping his carp on there too and won't move it anywhere else
Cup of herbal tea about to be decluttered and then me and DS are off for a stroll.Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -

I didn't wake up early this morning (only do that at the weekend), so the ironing is needing to be done.
The kitchen was lovely when I went to bed last night but it looked like a cereal and porridge bomb had exploded this morning. The kitchen bin is overflowing and the wheelie bins are full. I told DH on Thursday that he needed to take rubbish to the tip. He came downstairs this morning moaning that the bin was smelling. I just raised my eyebrows and shrugged.
I've been to work this morning and have spent an hour trying to find my small wheeled holdall to no avail.
Membership forms have come through for DS2 and 3 for cricket - fees have gone up £20 each. I was told by a friend who is on the cricket club committee that DH's party made £750 profit for the club - should I ask for last year's rates to be honoured?
I'm going to collect DD2 now. DS1 has football club after school so I'll go in the car so I can have another 30 mins holdall search.0 -
I'm in for a 2nd week. Was so inspired, yesterday I cleared that shelf in the shower room where ancient & discarded half bottles of stuff congregate. First time that's been done in 5-years! And I've level 1'd, so my kitchen is cleanish & sparklingish. And I've ironed ds's shirts for the week as well. I'm a domestic goddess!0
