I wipe mine with a damp cloth soaked in a bowl of stardrops and squeezed but I know mine can take that

I'm going to take the dog for a walk and then do HHI then all done for today apart from wash up after tea.

Just been to check on the washing and my super thick sofa throw is almost dry - the first time this year the weather's been good enough for it! Glad I washed it today as the rest of the week looks pretty dodgy for drying, also washed 2 other blankets from my bed and chair so that jobs done now

Let me see if I can do a room a day again and feel the joy of a weekend I can please myself!

MissMinx we have vertical blinds and I take the slates down and put them in a pillow slip before putting them on a 30wash.

Afternoon all - have hit lots of hotspots today rather than one room so:

three loads of clean washing put away
'dead' clothes decluttered from wardrobe to charity shop/bin
    main bedroom floor now visible
    hoovered living room
    done dishes
cleaned inside windows - well downstairs ones anyway!

had a very busy weekend decluttering living room, moving furniture around etc. looks great now but am completely knackered (and intend to be so for several days to come!)

Lost the plot towards the end of last week so am back fluttering again.

I'm still scratching my head to try and work out how studying for a degree = being an unfit mother..... Nope, can't see it. *shruggy smilie*

Not quite sure myself - I think it's something to do with not waiting on her (and him) hand and foot 24/7, but I'm still pretty baffled by it. He had begun to get very twitchy whenever I went out - my bass tutor is male, the guys in the music shop are, the vast majority of the people at the club are male - in the rhythm section, entirely so - the person who gave me the offer of a job playing was male, the bartender at the club and the security bloke that know me, there are males on the degree course, there will be some on the 3 day residential in the summer... so obviously, I cannot be trusted

Sagaris Oh, and also for Dogbot, .

Is Dogbot like my cat Oggie (known as Oggbot)? As in stupid Oggbot? :)

Have tried almost everything myself (wooden blinds from IKEA) and they just feel dry and scratchy and attract lumps of cleaning cloth and dust. Recommendations?

(Oh, and did WM TD DW, bought new wok that stands on my new hob without tipping over, plus had to test it on some fresh Dim Sum from the Chinese Supermarket - yummy with chilli sauce :D)
