If they did take money - they have formed a contract and we could all claim loss of bargain. Happened with B&Q a while back. They wouldnt budge on compensation despite holding onto my money for 2 weeks. They also fained all the excuses going - and it wasn't a misprice.
Ended up I took them to court and filed a small claim - about two weeks before the court hearing date - they offered me compo which was worth accepting.
Taking money then cancelling is unnacceptable. Cancelling before taking the money is ok (but frustrating!)
No money has been taken from my card - so seems - so fair enough! To Stooze or Not To Stooze - Theres only one option0 -
Quidco has tracked though
So theres 12 quid for me as I ordered 5
I'll await the money grabbing ba#tard remarks to follow :ATo Stooze or Not To Stooze - Theres only one option0 -

I had a phone call from them. I was in work but my wife took the call. They told her that it was a mis-price and that they only had 2 in stock anyway and no money was taken.
Oh well.0 -

Basically a busy body on here reporting me for posting an affilliate link and accusing me of gaining out of my post. When all I was doing was letting people know about bargains that I found. And, of course, not gaining anything.
Yeah I know what you mean. Theres some fella going around ont he forums saying that nearly every offer is spam.
There was a good link for a 50 quid amazon voucher and somebody said it was spam so they wiped the thread!!!
Its seems that if you post a good offer on here these days they think it is s'pamap and you get accused of being a fraud. and deletetetd.0 -
I got a text to call them and they told me that they were out of stock and there'd been a couple of other people ordering these today. I suspect a couple of thousand would be nearer the mark! I put the phone down and had a cup of tea!0

Oh no, please don't feel bad - this could just as easily been a genuine offer so it's not your fault and it's exactly what the forum's about. Please keep posting Angela!0
