    What time did you order? I haven't heard anything yet. I ordered at 10.30am.

  • I'd received the confirm (with order ref) at 10:50am when I ordered, but just received the cancellation message at 13:40.

    Ah well, too good to be true, and don't buy from EmpireDirect anyway. Can't believe businesses still run as shoddily as this... Let's hope they're not harvesting bank details...

  • I just recieved a message on my mobile saying to call them, and the guy said that apparently they had received over 300 hundred orders however there was only one in stock and was to the first customer, But unfortunatelys they were not able to update there website quick enough.

    Just called me to say " they er erm haven`t erm stocked these for er about erm 2 years and somebody has erm used a new stock number on erm a new product"

    Oh well, worth a try.
