really tempted to order one of these purley for the ebay resale, but just a bit concerned that it's not a misprice, and they have come down so much for a reason.

given my cowardice:eek: , I'd love to hear if any of you brave souls manage to make a tidy profit on one, if you get one at all.

Hmm. I expect this is cheap because it's dv cassette. All camcorders now a days are dvd based which surely makes everything easier when trying to archive things on computer or dvd. Plus there are high definition camcorders coming out now and most will be HD soon.

The other thing is that a lot of compact cameras have very good video recording facilities on them now. Camcorders almost seem a bit old fashioned and bulkly (even though they are a lot smaller now).
