Rang Grattan today to double check on status of my phone as when I ordered it on Wednesday over the phone, she didn't give me an order number or anything. If they didn't have a record of me, was going to order it online.

Anyway they did have a record of me and she confirmed more stock coming beginning December.

I thought someone mentioned that new stock was coming direct from the manufacturer, maybe thats how they got your details.

Opened an account with Grattan and ordered phone on Tuesday, but catalogue and welcome pack has arrived with delivery note stating Samsung E370 ......sorry item is out of stock.

I was assured on phone that it was pink E900 I had ordered and would be delivered in 8 days.

Oh well worth a try.

UPDATE; Decided to phone and was told that I have phone still on order and it will be delivered shortly. will be delighted if it arrives. One very happy daughter.

I think the problem is more to do with "why didn't I think of that" syndrome.

And I will tell you something else. They told me over the phone that the next catalogue isnt out for another 3 months and so they will honour it until then.
If I get rid of the 8 succesfully, I will re-invest and buy as many as I can.

Sorry but i thought this site was consumer revenge getting back at companys making money from us and helping each other with bargains ?

I didnt realise that we should be making a fast buck at other consumers expense , i dont think its in the spirit of this site, thats my view anyway.

I ordered one as thats all i need and that gives someone else on here a chance to get one, if we was all greedy then there would be no stock to go around being taken up by people grabbing 5 or 10, if it sells out and some people dont get any then im sure people will be changing there tune.

Thats all i have to say and wont mention it again.
