March was my lightbulb moment when mum decided to take out two massive consolidation loans to help out dad. (Not a good idea, I know now but it WILL be the last time).

So we had £3500 to pay off approx £7500 and we are now standing at £1350 to pay on a 0% card.

Mum's LBM was shortly after mine, I was given control of paying the above debt And Dad...well he's flickering at the moment, he's snowballing which is a start!

Nothing has been spent on cc's that wasn't essential (car repairs) and it's all speed ahead to clear the remainder ASAP.
And we've cut the food shopping bill although it will be cut further soon!

Wow... Its been the year from hell.. then back to heaven !!

I found this site around feb 2006, then joined.. Now I love it and have made a lot of friends.

My biggest achievement was taking the bullet and going for the big B. Its done and dusted, Im still here... I cant wait for a great xmas and new year, and hope that you will all be here to celebrate it with us !
