wow my brain has been very taxed and my ability to think clearly has been considerably reduced. For at least the last 10 mins I have no longer been able to put a objective together that is "SMART" so it is a waste of my time even bothering! I will put it down until Monday, go make myself a black coffee & then do some light filing for the last hour....DF as at 30/12/16

I sure haveBeen out flyering for OH's martial arts club. Got some positive feedback too and sounds like he's got ideas about starting a new class (his own, rather than someone else's where he helps out) in another side of town where parents were saying their kids have nothing to do :T Keeping him focussed while he's job hunting too so all good
And just thinking that when I qualify to teach yoga I might even be able to use the same hall
Went to a fab cafe for lunch - mug of tea 50p!And a chip butty - gotta be done sometimes
Got an ivy plant - £1.56 so happy about that. Been reading about the benefits of having it in your home.
Also bought MIL a bday card from charity shop so warm fuzzy feeling there and walked about 4 or 5 miles in the fresh air(Also feeling grateful for the weather we have in this country and thinking about Japan. My dad's been to one of the places he saw on the news. Crikey.)
Now I'm knitting myself an eye pillow to fill with flax seeds and lavender to help me relax
Looking forward to Take Me Out too. Anyone else want to know how Lucy got on?:)

Hiya all
Had a nightmare few days. Babysat on Thursday night and on way home my car broke downI was in the middle of nowhere at 11pm it was really scary:eek:. Luckily I am a member of the AA (via quidco of course!!:rotfl:) so they came out to me but the car had to be towed and it looks like its a very expensive job so we've decided to cut our losses and get a new car which will obviously not be cheap
Anyway on a more positive note this weekend I have/will
- done online tesco shop checking for half price deals and BOGOF
- been shopping with hubbie and managed to convince him to get me and kids some new stuff in M&S sale!
- checked online banking and updated monthly spreadsheet
- working tomorrow so will get enhanced pay (and cant go shopping)
- done tea in slowcooker for today. Hubbies tea for tomorrow out of freezer and I will eat for free at work
- night in tonight and a well earned glass of wine
Hope everyone has a better weekend than me!0 -
