Next Directory Query

in Credit cards
I have opened a Next Directory account recently and have a quick query if thats ok. Do they offer any 0% for 3 months or pay next year offers such as Littlewoods and the like? All thats indicated from my statement is that if I dont repay in full i'm charged 26.9% APR which makes me think I should just pay in full with a credit card instead,
Thanks,
Jake
Thanks,
Jake

As far as I know, and I use Next a lot, unless you pay the whole amount when you get the statement, they charge interest from that point. In the 7 years I've had the directory and the store card, I've never known them offer 'buy now, pay later'.

As above, unless they are doing a special offer, it is generally a straightforward interest bearing account. APR is generally lower than Littlewoods however.0

Hi guys and girls
Does anyone know about the fluctuating Next Directory credit limits? Mine has just reduced to zero and the woman spouted some guff about credit scoring - but there's nothing that would have affected my account from Equifax which is apparently what they use.
I have read a thread on here somewhere about it but couldn't find it again
thanks

Yeah mine has fluctuated quite a bit. My credit limit was taken off, i didn't realise this because i haven't really used my online account. I went confirmed my order expecting to enter my payment details, nothing happened then next minute i get a phone call saying my credit has been taken off. I wanted to pay for it anyway.
Then next time i log in my credit limit is at a mighty £8 haha0 -
Yeah this happened to me a while back - i think they get weekly feeds from the CRA's and if you spend a good amount on a credit card somewhere else, depending on your income they will reduce or take your credit limit off altogether - or if your score drops below there criteria they will remove the credit limit too... i just closed the account. The only real security that a man can have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience and ability.0

Does it change back?
thanks

I think so - if your score or balances improve elsewhere im pretty sure they will give you a credit limit back but im not entirely sure - i think they review accounts every few weeks or so - wait a couple of a months and see what happens. The only real security that a man can have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience and ability.0

I've requested an answer three times now to why my credit limit has been reduced to zero. The first reply to was addressed to someone else (?) and referred to the fact that the balance had been reduced to my outstanding balance (0).
Since then my query has been passed from pillar to post despite me sending them a copy of my credit reports and not having questions answered
I know before anyone says it that they don't have to, but its so annoying!
grrr
