BE have stopped our package and also it wasn't that good at all. Forever crashing.
BT have been an absolute joke. I have been told different things from different people all the time. It turns out our order was not accelerated as I was promised!! Don't go to BT!!
Your broadband connection doesn't 'crash'. Sounds far more like a problem with your PC, internal wiring or equipment, none of which are BE's responsibility.
Did you speak to BE's tech support, as usually they are first rate?No free lunch, and no free laptop
