I know some of you's are saying I have already had compensation by refunding the limo and the taxi refund, what about the wasted time at the airport waiting round for the limo and then been told there is no booking.
But surely the time that you are spending on chasing further compensation also has a value, so are you goingto factor this in as well?2014 Target;

Could someone please give me advice who would be the highest person I can make this complaint to and get it sorted.

The fact that first choice don't want to know now means that the highest person to complain to is now the small claims judge. The OP now needs to put a figure on it that she would reasonably expect to get from a judge.
Before doing this OP you need to write a final letter to First choice headlined 14 day notice before action.
In the letter you need to provide a summary of the facts, what you are claiming for and how you have calculated the sum you are claiming.
The 14 days is to give them a reasonable timeframe in which to reply to your claim.0
