  • Morning everyone, its Friday! I feel like its going to be a positively sunny weekend although events like those in Japan overnight tend to put things into perspective I guess. I have an annual leave day today and am going to do some catching up with people and chores. F-i-l's retirement dinner tomorrow so a proper family weekend is ahead.

DFW list of things to do today:-

    1. Check banking
    2. Put hot pot on
    3. Deliver birthday present to friend (bought in sale)
    4. Check eBay (woo hoo, going well!)
    5. Send Play.com parcels (OH didn't manage it yesterday so must be done today)
    6. Not drink wine
    7. Not eat chocolate
    8. Have a pretty awesome day in general!
If you knew it then you know it!

  • GOOD MORNING!

And for us it is a good morning! Had my phone call from Payplan this morning, We have given the go ahead to make a start, so should get paperwork through soon to sign ourselves over.

Will get washing out on line soon (didnt get around to any housework yesterday lol)
Have checked bank balances - needed to transfer £30 back into the "shopping account" rather then the bills, think i got a bit carried away as left myself short for the petrol money hehe.

Keep heating off (still feels chilly indoors despite the sun shining)

Morning all, and happy birthday to Karb :D

A sunny Friday here, think I will transfer laundry from indoor airer to line outside!

    So far I've:
    • made bread
    • checked online banking
    • checked cc balance online (really pleased with how much I am managing to pay off)
    • checked for/done surveys
    • visited local electrical shop in search of elusive fridge freezer (might be getting somewhere now - even price-wise, local can be best)
    • lunch on leftovers for me
    • packed lunches for all but one of the family, who loves her Friday fish and chips at school (still working on that one)
    • heating's off

    Still to do:
    • homemade pizza, garlic bread and coleslaw for dinner
    • do some comps
    • ironing
    • tidy house for weekend
    • use up stale bread (I think bread and butter pudding)

Hope everyone has a great Friday:j
