Was in the gym the other night. Two young girls beautifully made up then proceeded to go for a swim, not getting their heads underwater once. Then they went for a sauna (I think).

In the changing rooms afterwards the fatter one was talking about getting a Mars Bars from the fridge in reception.

Nice to look at. Thick as two short planks.

I met up with a friend to go running yesterday then drove home and had to stop for petrol on the way. When I got home and went for a shower I had to giggle at the sight of myself in the bathroom mirror, hair like a scarecrow, bright red face etc. I just hope the person who served me in the petrol station noticed I had running tights and trainers on!!!

You go for it and just think how much good its doing you.

Well today i am in agony! I think that personal trainer hit me with a bus when i wasn't looking!! I thought i had a decent level of fitness too!! Apparently not hehe

So it turns out one of the eyes i used to see on on me when i was at my sweat worst was actually a man that thought i was hot!! He is now my boyfriend!! Didn't think i'd pick one of those up at the gym :-)

Certainly wouldn't bother me, although I did use a machine next to a man the other day who shook his head like a dog and put sweat all over me yuck!

I would probably be a bit envious, I don't really sweat at all and can't help but make the connection that those who are really sweating are working much harder than me eve nthough its probably (:o) not true.

I go beetroot red at the slightest exertion, always have done even as a fit and skinny little kid, I get stared at a lot! I just ignore it now.

I get that too, I was told it was some kind of skin allergy, I get it when I drink alcohol sometimes as well.

I have to say though to all those slagging off people who DONT sweat, you need to consider that not everyone is a great sweater, I work really hard in the gym and rarely get more than a glow on my face! I don't even use deodorant in the winter unless I'm in the gym, just don't need it.

I used to go swimming quite a bit and my own pet hate is when women go in the pool without showering first so the pool is full of their perfume :mad:
