Maybe the "funny looks" are admiration and desire from the men and jealousy from the women?0

Haha, chance would be a fine thing Grimsalve but one could live in hope!
I am not overly bothered myself by it, just more wondered if it was off putting to other gym goers.
I agree antiperspirant isnt the way forward here, as the sweat is the result of hard work and my body getting rid of the heat i am generating. My arms, face, head, front, back etc etc are dripping with sweat after i have done my cardio workout. It seems to be just how i roll!
A tee shirt sounds like a fab idea hehe, My gym does have its fair share of barbie made up girls but at end of the day, I KNOW i am doing my best and my body will reward me for it......well maybe not 2moro as i am had a personal trainer appointment this am for 2 hours, my body is gonna feel horrendous when i wake up. No pain, no gain :-)

I use the gym everyday and its the gym princesses who do weak exercises are the ones who are not worth looking on, you crack on0

hun - fresh sweat does NOT smell bad! sweat which has been allowed to dry on the body does! so as long as you shower afterwards be assured that you do NOT smell!
(er not sure if I should share this - the guys in my Tae Kwon Do class sweated like pigs and I found it a bit of a turn on...............and the guys found the girls working up a sweat rather attractive too! can you believe it????????????? but they swore it was true - said that it put them in mind of another reason for a sweaty body and a glow to the face!!!)0 -
i only get annoyed by the people who go to the gym and sit on the machines for ages when they're not really using them properly. oh and by the time i've finished i'm usually completely saturated from head to toe. the fitter you are the more you sweat.0

Sitting on the abs machine drinking flavoured water (it's pop don't kid yourself on) and texting or phoning someone. You say are you going to be long and they do 5 half reps then flounce off. Hilarious. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

TBH I would find it attractive so don't worry about sweating - it shows that you use the gym for it's purpose of working out and I'm sure you look fantastic for it :-) x0 -
Ah thank you kind kind people :-) I personally find hard working sweaty men at the gym attractive, i like that they are doing something they are clearly passionate about i guess......so, if i am being ogled instead of judged i really should put my face on before i go work out then eh? hehe (That'd last a whole 5 mins before the sweat removed it for me!!)

Hehehe, I don't care how sweaty the person ahead of me in the circuit is, I just mind if they leave a pool of sweat behind them on the machine I'm about to use
If you mop your sweat off the machine before you move on, no problem. One bloke I used to follow round looked like he had just stepped out of the shower, he was dripping everywhere. But he mopped up after hisself so that was fine:)
I wore black a lot so the sweat didn't show up;)0 -
I'm the same, if i wear a t-shirt it is wringing wet by the time i'm done, I have bought some gym wear that helps wick sweat away from the body so i don't look as bad if i wear that but if I'm having a fat day I like wearing a big baggy t-shirt!0
