I then messaged them on Tuesday night as they still had'nt paid which I thought was odd considering it seemed they wanted the item quickly and asked them when they were planning to pay as I had some items to post the next day and was wanting to get the item out to them they messaged me back saying they were 'Flabbergasted' that I would ask for payment after ignoring their messages for revised invoices and they wanted to retract their bids as they no longer wanted item.
I replied that I had sent revised invoices and had copies to prove so and advised her of the times I had sent them and could she pay by end of day or I would be opening a non -paying bidder dispute , she replied back that was fine to go ahead and raise a dispute and that ebay had access to her inbox now Im sure invoices go to your e-mail address and not your ebay inbox which has certainly been the case with things I bought that same day.
I am now waiting to raise dispute which I cannot do until later this afternoon when it has been exactly 4 days but in the meantime I have found the buyer has left me negative feedback saying the following
' No reply to emails then threatens a 100% fb buyer instead resolving?????'
'No reply, no contact then threats?????? Avoid'
have requested ebay to remove this feedback as I feel it is unfair they are the non-paying bidder and I did not threaten them I only said I would report them if they did not pay. Am I likley to get it removed are ebay likley to find in favour of me in dispute since I have proof that I sent the invoices requested.
Would be very grateful for replies Im quite upset by this:(
Annoys me that we cannot put negative feedback about buyers they get away with everything, I had a whole argument with ebay and was quite arsey with them as they refused to remove the negative feedback as it was the buyers op and they could not mute an op :mad:Working to be debt free by September 2014

I have had this too with a recent buyer, he claimed I don't post out items and that I refused to refund, the reason I refused to refund was because I posted the item, got proof of delivery, it was attempted to be delivered 1 day after I posted it and it was too big to fit in letterbox so a card was left and the buyer never collected, I claimed with rm as he didnt even bother to check locally and it was returned to me I offered him a refund of the item price but not the p&p as I photographed that it was posted and an attempt at delivery was made, he left me negative feedback even tho technically neither of us were at fault and he ruined my 100% feedback.

that's not how ebay works, if you sell and don't understand that it's your responsibility to ensure that the item gets delivered, you are likely to get a negative sooner or later.
Being right or wrong is irrelevant, the fact that buyers have these rights is what makes them purchase from ebay.
I'm afraid you can't have weak buyers rights and strong sales. .0 -

Sorry , I know terra-ferma has already responded toyour post but seeing this post and others you have made on this board I am concerned that you may be heading for problems is you are using ebay and paypal without understanding yoru responsibilities and the rights a buyer has. Please to avoid being scammed or caught up in a negging war with a buyer who takes exception to the way you handle problems, please stick around for a while and ask basic questions about how to actually sell on ebay.
You are understandably cross about the neg, all of us would be, but it was justified. I would have negged you too as would most others on this board. The moment a seller tells me I can't have a full refund then that's a neg. It is not unknown for no card to be left so there is a very good chance the buyer was not aware the RM had his item. It is always worthremembering that assuming this was a recorded item, that buyer didn't get a chance to colelct it. Standard post is held for 3 weeks before return, recorded is only held for a week and that often does not allow time for a buyer to collect if they work long hours.
The neg , especially if coupled with poor stars may well have harmed your account if you are a small seller. Have you checked your expanded seller dashboard? If that has any low stars or any other breaches you may need to get some advice of how to recover the situation to avoid possible selling limitations in the future.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thought I'd update this to let you know I have had a response from ebay re the feedback and they have removed it :j just waiting re the NPB dispute but Im assuming it make take a while to sort as Im sure they need buyer to respond to dispute and Im sure they will just drag their heels on it, either way I am pleased.0

I don't think the buyer needs to respond, if they don't pay in 4 days, close it and it'll be decided in your favour.I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0

Suited-aces is right. Four days to the second after you opened the dispute you can close it and it will go in your favour along with a strike for the buyer. Ensure they are blocked from future bidding on your listings.0
