    Oh dear - mundic block..... no wonder it's so cheap.


    Tons of others in places like Cambourne - and one does not need 4 beds afterall. Truro surrounding area is more than affordable.

    Take a look at the average wage in and surrounding truro. Then find a "more than affordable" house.

    Yes, but they had the luxury of being able to eradicate the locals. I'm not sure that applies these days.
