    Greetings,

I just wanted to add another tip to this great thread. I generally love seafood, and think that fish can be the safest (and maybe yummiest) good source of protein to eat in today's world. And protein is very critical and important for us, especially children, teenagers, and active adults who exercise or do bodybuilding.

Since tinned tuna is the cheapest form of seafood ever, and one of the cheapest sources of protein, I was always curious about methods of preparation or cooking of tinned tuna, which can add variety and yummy taste to this food. I found this great link from BBC for tinned tuna recipes, so here it is:
    Tuna (tinned) Recipes

When buying tuna cans, remember that chunks are much better and not that much more expensive than the cheapest cans. If you can afford it, you can even go for tuna cans of "steaks", which are a bit more expensive than the chunks, yet still very affordable, and much cheaper than normal fish that you buy from the market. Tesco is great for tuna cans, the chunks and steaks.
