£20 to spend at ASOS.com for £9 at Groupon

Contact asos, they will ask you to forward them the Groupon email to verify the voucher and then they will send you a new code

I would go on their fb page if i was you, and make a post there, they wont want to be seen to be so unhelpful on a public page, hth x
