  • Similar thing happened to me - I placed the order with the code, it directed me through to PayPal but the page froze. The order hasn't registered with them but I'm told 'voucher has already been used' when I try to place the order again. Waiting for them to email me back, by then I bet my items will be OOS :(

They have emailed me back with a new code which works and my items still in stock :) I assume you got the same?

That's good, glad they've sorted it for you.
Nothing in my inbox from them yet, I'll keep checking!

  • What happens if you want to return the item you've ordered? do you get the RRP back or the amount it cost with the voucher? :)

The way that I read it you can return for a different size/colour (if the same price) otherwise you get refunded what you paid to asos and effectively lose your voucher (and lose the £9 you paid groupon for it).

I'm going to use mine on make-up or jewelry I think as their clothes are so hit or miss with sizing and quality that I don't want to risk it!

If anyone is still trying to bump their order up to the £21 the cheapest full priced item I've found is the Anatomicals breath mints for £1.55! (sorry if this has already been posted!)

I've had my voucher code through and entered in the correct field but it's saying it's not valid or have expired?! Have one full price £45 dress in the basket so I don't see why it should be invalid?!

Anyone else had this problem? Have e-mailed Groupon AND ASOS. Not happy.

Does anyone know if you can use the Diet Coke voucher too?
Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :-)

You can only enter one voucher code per order so nope!

    So it's win/win for them!
