I think both of you need to grow up and take your argument somewhere else.

Back to topic: My dad has a problem with BO at his job, he does very physical work and has to serve customers. He's asked the other staff at his store if they notice him a bit smelly, can they let him know so he can go sort it out (deodrant). He showers every day so it's only really a problem at work (he's the delivery supervisor - gets them in, sorts them out, puts stock out etc etc)
I think a quick word in her ear just ot let her know might be needed - either directly from you or indirectly from the practise manager

The question I'd like to ask is how do people not KNOW when they smell of BO???

I mean on the rare occasion I've got a bit pongy I've noticed immediately and got washing/deoderant out. I find it hard to believe that people can't smell it on themselves.

In answer to the question of how to handle it: if you're not management then there's no way I'd bring it up with her myself (bullying, harrassment etc) I'd speak to your manager and say you want something doing about it. If your colleagues have noticed as well then get them to mention it to the manager too.
