Sort Code & Account Number on debit card

the sort code and a/c number are the only thing that differentiate the debit card from their credit card. Easily confused on a dark night

I am sure you will apply for the gold card to avoid that problem

Although First Direct decide upon applying for the Current Account whether or not you're approved for a credit card and if so, which one and with what limit
If I do end up with a Current Account from them I won't be specifically applying for a credit card - let alone carrying it around with me - if I were to be that lucky (chance'd be a fine thing) I would leave it at home for internet purchases only :cool:Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

First Direct's Gold card is no longer gold coloured. It's now black, the same as the debit card and the ordinary credit card. Only the printing on it, i.e. the number and the words, are gold coloured.
It's very easy to confuse the debit card and the gold credit card. I have accidentally used the wrong one more than once!0 -
