Well done Saney and Mrs Shaney,
Well said.
I wish my husband would ghave joined this site.
As like you all he was dealing with DCM for over 7 years.
He has gone with a Cleardebt IVA now I am still not ahppy. Its been in place for a month and we still keep getting pested with calls from one of his credtiors. I am not happy.

I expect they will see my moan like they did last time I wrote on here. I don't care.
I still have many unanswered questons about DMC. but hubby's head in sand.

Im sure by now you have seen the BBC programme.

With you being discharged ad being administrators i assume that your finding are now complete.

You were indicating an update due to come out, are we getting near the time for this update.

Can you confirm when you are going (if you have not already done so) to be sending the report the the office of business and innovation for them to consider the actions of the directors.

Can you also confirm what action has been taken with regard to the police please.

Further to my last email i have some more interesting information relating to some money Mr Wilson took out of the company to start up his Nottingham 4x4 company (a loan for £30k).

I know we are being very sporting in the head start we are giving the directors prior to sending the police after them to answer for their action but surely we are the stage where there is a necessity for their involvement

I confirm that we have been in contactwith Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).
Ourinvestigations are into the affairs of the Company are on-going and theAdministrators shall shortly be submitting their report to BIS on the conductof the directors. These reports are confidential and the Administrators wouldnot wish to comment further at this time.
However,I confirm that all correspondence receivedfrom clients has been reviewed andfiled and will be passed to the Official Receiver who will consider anyappropriate action.

Well at least you got a response Mike but it seems they are in no hurry.

Had to laugh in Shaney's broadcast when they said Sentley Wilson apparently had been contacted but couldn't respond because he didn't have all the documentation to hand because John Baird kept everything close to his chest - he's been dead how long?
How can he still be walking the streets a free man?

Wildlife Abacus (Clear Debt) have sorted my stuff out but had a lot of trouble with Triton to begin with,they were driving me mad phoning and writing but it's all sorted now and running smoothly.

I would just like to thank you all for your kind words and support in regards to todays Radio 4 Programme, Face The Facts. It was quite nerve racking but like Mikes interview with x-ray it had to be done, point had to be made, too much has now been taken away from us that we will never get back.

Therefore i will make the point that i shall continue to fight this all the way until an acceptable outcome has been achieved.

theres a great group of us shaney that have banded together to get a resolution and between us and our coordination we will get a result.

Shaney we got the interview going out in september then we have the other interviews to sort out and complete.

AND of course then there is the possible trip to London to see the people who really matter not these administrators.

We have politicians joining us now and that never bodes well for the scumbags
