  • Guys, slightly off topic, sorry bout that - but this needs to be said:

Mike, saw the TV program, you're an excellent communicator, you make the perfect spokesman for this group of people, even though that probably is not your intention. People obviously look up to you with huge respect. If not for people like you and Shaney, this world would be a much sadder place.

I was lucky - I too could have been a victim of this dreadful company, and Shane knows this only too well. The person who he has referred to in several posts was also an aquaintence on mine - and it was tempting to ask him for help - luckily we decided not to. God only knows what situation I would have been in now had I asked for his help.

Shane, I'll see you later in the season :)

It's very difficult to find genuine people who are happy to help other people and want nothing in return, on this forum I have seen many fine examples of such - This forum has gone a long way to refresh my faith in human kind.

    Thanks for your comment,

There are many different types of people affected by this company and the scumbags that have run it.

There are those who do not know what to do or to how to go about it.
Then there are those who are embaressed to be in debt and be fleeced in the way that they have. They do not wish to speak out because they do not want to be stigmatised by society because of their circumstances.

Then they are people like Shane and Me. Please do not think we are not embaressed by the situation we find ourselves in, the fact that we are. Please do not feel that we knew how to go about this we didnt we are learning each and every day. We do our best every day to get this out there.

What we do have is the overriding urge and need to get this out into the open so we all can get justice. People can judge us all they like we do not care. People can ridicule us again we do not care. To us the people who matter know the truth.

The media needs examples so to get the story out there and if our situations can be used as an example in getting the justice that we all deserve then shane and I will happily bare this burden.

It is our intention to do the following,

    1. Make sure that everyone knows the reasons why we have failed to pay back our debt, to ensure that us all will not be sigmatised. We want everyone to know DCM caused this failure

    2. To make sure that those that are responsible are brought to justice.

    3. To make sure that these people are not allowed to hold the position of director, and be placed in a position where they can do this again. Sentley has done this before we know this the others might have done so too.

    4. To make sure that this industry stamps out the rouges that operate within it. The guidance that has come out does not go far enough and we will be speaking to the government in getting this industry tightened up so that there is NO chance of rouges being allowed to operate.

This will not only help me personally and not only those affected by DCM but everyone thom is fighting the problem of debt.

The lasting legacy of this is that not a single person after us should ever have to go through what we have had to endure.

We want action against those that have wronged us and we will get it despite those around these people telling us that nothing will happen. Apparently these people are too clever for us, we are cleverer and we will prove it.

    Dear Mr
    Thank you for your e-mail.

Any payments received after the Administrators appointment are still ring fenced, however it is likely that the task of returning these payments will fall to the appointed liquidator following the Company’s exit from the Administration to compulsory winding-up.

It is proposed that client monies received pre-appointment will also be dealt with in the liquidation.

A progress report will be sent to creditors shortly.

    Yours sincerely
