They need a flammin rocket sticking somewhere, wouldnt mind so much if the outcome was going to benefit us ( The Now Creditors) i doubt it very much though. Also i wonder if they paid themselves by not only using the £25,000 that appeared from a supposed accountant but also the £8000 that was found in the client account (Bank) + the £10,000 that came from cleardebt, ummmmmmmm all one big sham.

All they are trying to do is to get to the front of the queue of the non preferred creditors. See took first £25k they had £90k of costs so £65k remaining when second report comes in at over another £90k then they will register a total of £155k nearly ten to fifteen times the average of those who have been ripped off. That will mean that they will get more back than any of the creditors that have been ripped off

They thought when they took it over they had a cash cow but they didnt get one, now it all about making your account as big as you can so you can recover as much revenue back to setoff against your costs. The £187 per hours with the fantasy of how many hours you have put in = a totally over inflated cost incurred. Its all about making us look small and them look big now.

Totally scandalous!! Professional outfit, dont make me laugh

Their goal is to get the best deal for the creditors, yeah so how does inflating your costs to benefit yourselves fit in with this model i wonder. Answers on a post card please!!

Yes let us know Mike but we won't hold our breath.
    As I said I've heard b u g g e r all.
I'm no expert but as far as creditors go I would have thought we should have been fairly near the top of the list because it's not payment for goods or services we are owed it is OUR money which has been STOLEN and I'm sure the administrators do have enough information on our accounts.
If there is any money ibn any coffers ours SHOULD by rights be returned and not counted as a DCM asset.

    BUT I'm just a thicky aint I.:o

No you no Mggiesaes, in truth if this worked how they told it would we shouldnt be a creditor. If you remember our money was to be held in "trust" it wasnt their money but ours. It should have been just a simple hand over of our trust account. But it exposes another DCM lie. Our money was all placed in a "client" account in DCM's name.

This is another example of DCM's deception and demonstrates the fraud that we have all been caught up in.

Why HJS havent called the police in i do not know.

This is a complete outrage, and a total farce when it comes to Hjs dealing with the administration, i've seen more action from the keystone cops and thats saying something.

Well I would have thought the police would have been called straight away,it was OBVIOUS our cash had been misapproriated - nicked in other words and it is criminal plain and simple.
They should not have had tiome to get away or get a story cobbled together.

There is a programme about debt management and some of the problems with companies on radio 4 Wednesday at 12.30 -face The Facts.
I heard a snippet in a trail today and I don't know if DCM will be discussed but the OFT are trying to defend their lack of action.
